A Digital Family's Dream...

"Is TechPlayzone a franchise?" That's the question most frequently asked by TechPlayzone customers. The answer is "No." The TechPlayzone concept began as a goal to prove to a pessimistic 9 year old, that science could be "cool." As Desh and Daryl Bagley began finding the best digital tools for their son, they also began to dream of a "hi-tech hang-out" where young people could have hands-on fun while learning with their friends. Energetic adults would provide guidance, answer questions, and encourage creativity.

In the spirit of summer computer camps, TechPlayzone provides technology workshops. However, TechPlayzone's workshops occur after school and on Saturdays! TechPlayzone will have an anniversary celebration on May 17, 2008.

TechPlayzone is family owned and operated. Daryl is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Computer Science graduate of Texas A&M University. Desh has a Computer Science degree from the University of South Florida and is a professional speaker for Monster.com's "Making It Count" Program. The Bagley's have five beautiful children and attend Bay Area Church of Christ in Mango, FL.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM ENROLLING FOR 2009-2010

TechPlayzone's after school program provides transportation from local schools in Riverview,FL, Lithia,FL, and Valrico, FL.

In addition to weekly hands on workshops, TechPlayzone offers an after school enrichment program. Transportation is provided for students attending St. Stephen Catholic School, Boyette Springs, Cimino, Collins, Alafia, Fishhawk Creek, Bevis, Lithia Springs Elementary, Stowers, Sessums, and Kids Community College.
